1) How will I receive my software after purchase?

After your payment is completed, your order is delivered automatically to the email address you entered at checkout. Please make sure you provide a valid email address.

 

2) How do I download and install the software?

After purchase, you will receive an email that includes a text file. Inside the text file, you’ll find a cloud download link and a step-by-step installation guide.

 

3) Do you offer a remote installation service?

Yes. For a small additional fee, our specialist can connect to your computer remotely using TeamViewer or AnyDesk and help you install everything.

You only need a stable internet connection and enough free disk space for the installation.

 

4) How can I be sure the software will work on my laptop?

We provide technical requirements and a short compatibility guide on every product page. Most programs work on Windows 10 or Windows 11—the main requirement is having enough free disk space as listed in the product description.

All software is tested on our own laptops, and we also provide video installation guides showing the process in real conditions.

If you’re unsure, message us on Telegram or WhatsApp—we’ll gladly check your system before you purchase.

 

5) I didn’t receive my email—what should I do?

First, check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we will resend your order as soon as possible.

 

6) Do I need any specific cables or adapters?

Yes. Each diagnostic program requires compatible hardware (ENET, K+DCAN, ICOM, VAS6154, etc.). We always list the supported cables/adapters in the product description.

 

7) Can I install the software on multiple computers?

Yes. Since this is a digital product, you may install it on your own devices. However, mass sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

8) How long do I have access to the download link?

 

You have 30 days to download and save your purchase to your computer. If you do not download the product within 30 days, you will need to purchase it again.

We provide a 30-day access period because cloud storage has monthly costs and bandwidth limits. 30 days is more than enough time to safely download and store the files on your device.
