Refund Policy — Digital Products
We offer a 31-day return window for all digital products purchased from our store.
However, because digital files cannot be physically returned, refunds are only available under specific conditions listed below.
When refunds are eligible (within 31 days):
• The digital product has not been downloaded (Shopify shows “Not downloaded”).
• You purchased the wrong item and the file was not downloaded or accessed.
• You placed a duplicate order for the same product, and at least one copy remains undownloaded.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
When refunds are NOT eligible:
• The digital product has been downloaded even once.
• A license key, activation code, or private access link was issued or used.
• The product has been opened, extracted, installed, or otherwise accessed.
• More than 31 days have passed since the purchase date.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation.
We respond within 24–48 hours and will review your request promptly.
